Harrison Residence Hall was named after Benjamin Harrison,Ìýthe 23rd President of the UnitedÌýStates. It first opened in 1966Ìýand maintained much of theÌýoriginal design. The design-buildÌýremodel of the restrooms onÌýfloors 1-8 included a completeÌýgut and removal of existingÌýfinishes and mechanical,Ìýelectrical and plumbingÌýsystems followed by build-backÌýwith a new design to code.ÌýConstruction took place overÌýthe summer of 2014 and wasÌýcompleted before studentsÌýarrived for the fall semester.Ìý
